Action items can be one-offs or reoccurring and can be linked to any number of issues:

  • Document updates (eg. polices or procedures)

Action items are displayed on the staff member’s dashboard and are ranked and colour coded by urgency.

In addition automatic email notifications can be sent to staff to inform them of upcoming due actions.
